Coaches
Morris Pagniello, Director, Genova
International. Genova International School of Soccer was established by
Morris
Pagniello, ex professional player with teams in Holland, Italy, England
and the USA, most notably, Torino and Savona in Italy, New York Metro
Stars MLS in the US, Northampton FC in England, and Roda JC in Holland,
Although his career was a long and posative experience, it did not
start easily. Morris trailed with several teams over years untl at the
age of 21 he was finally signed. This experience gave him the
inspiraton to start a more organized pathway for players. Genova ISS
was started as a development center for aspiring players to learn the
skills needed to become a professional footballer. Morris’ credentals
include, UEFA B Coaching license, Juventus Academy Accreditaton, AS
Roma talent scout.
Pierluigi (“Luigi”) Dusatti, youth coach
for Trento Calcio (Settore giovanile). Dusatti is the
former coach of Rovereto in the Italian Serie D and was a youth coach
for the AC Milan Junior Camps in Italy as well. Both Carli and Dusatti
serve as professional scouts for Verona Calcio and Soccer Management
International, a FIFA-sanctioned professional sports agency in the
Veneto Region.
Massimo Carli, Head Coach Trento Calcio.
Carli played for many years in the Italian Serie D and has coached at
various levels in Italy. He is also the coach of the National Youth
Select Team from the Veneto Region of northern Italy, and an advisor to
Verona Calcio in the Italian Serie C.
ID Camps are open to males and females from the
ages of U8 to 18 years
old.
For U8 to U13 male and females we go over drills
that all players
their age in the AS Roma Calcio in Italy practice, a little piece of
Rome to Canada. Drills they can do at home.
For U14 to U19 male and female we are going to be
training to
help players get to the next level and see what our coaches look at in
a player and what type of drills they do in Europe. These coaches will
be choosing males and female players to go on European pro showcasing.
Since we only have the players for a few days we
also want to
start friendships with soccer people in the country. Parents always
have many questions about "The Pathway to Success" we want to be able
to answer some questions to the best of our abilities in regards to
what we can offer to a players soccer career. We just want to create
an option to what is already out there.
Genova International School of Soccer is an
international based
group made of coaches, scouts, managers, FIFA agents and teams
combining resources to find and developing soccer players from around
the world in order to gain contracts to play professionally.
Each player that signs up with our ID Showcases, Academies or
affiliated clubs has a system of scouts, managers, agents and teams
already working for them.
There are 7 players from Canada who have signed to
play in Europe
as a result from these camps in the last 3 years, with more who are
currently in our system and almost ready for Europe.
From these camps across Canada we will also be
choosing players
for:
- U18 and U16 Males Showcase in September to the
UK for 12
nights to play 5 games against teams like Man. City, Blackburn, Boltom,
Nottingham City.
- U14 Males Showcase in Italy in October to play
against teams like
Juventus, Vicenza, Genoa, Torino, Monaco.
- U19 Females Showcase in Italy to play against
teams pro women's
teams like Bardolino and others in women's Serie A in Italy.
We provide full uniform, UEFA A and B coaching and
a Pathway to
Success.
